Chris Birkinshaw
CEO
Chris held leadership positions at Potbelly for over 10 years, including franchise development, domestic and international new market development, and regional operations. He also worked in Starbucks operations for 8 years.

Marc Johnson
VP of Marketing
Marc combines marketing experience from a range of verticals including specialty coffee, hand-made wallpapers, and letterpress printing. He worked in marketing for Starbucks and Intelligentsia Coffee for 5 years each.

Evan Rubin
Director of Operations
While managing all aspects of operations at Mediterranean QSR Benjyehuda, Evan grew the chain from 1 to 5 locations. He also opened the DC market for the HomeMade Pizza company and oversees all store ops at Aloha Pokē Co.

Andy Mulherin
Sr. Manager of Operations Support
Andy had held ops positions in the restaurant industry for 10 years and opened Aloha's first store in a tiny stall in Chicago's French Market. Andy now leads the Aloha Pokē Co. franchise onboarding, training, and FOH and BOH management.
