    A:Our poke restaurant franchise ranges from compact to full-sized (typically 250 to 2,000 square feet), and provides quick and convenient service in a clean, inviting space for customers.

  • Q:Approximately how long will it take to open my Aloha Pokē Co. restaurant?

    A:Your poke franchise will take about 6 – 10 weeks to build your store after you have taken possession of your location. It takes about 12 weeks to create architectural plans, get permits, and select a contractor prior to starting the build-out process.
