Aloha Poke Co. franchise began its journey in a humble 13-by-8-footfood stall in Chicago’s French Market in the Ogilvie Transportation Center in Chicago in 2016.We rethought fast food by providing our customers with quick, delicious, and healthy poke bowls. Our beautiful bowls have been helping fuel our customer’s days, and we’re dedicated to bringing our poke concept to new markets.
Since 2019, we’ve begun offering Aloha Poke Co. franchise opportunities and have opened 18 locations in Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Florida, and DC, with more to follow in Texas later this year. Our restaurants range from compact to full-size (250- to 1,500-squarefeet) and continue to provide quick and convenient service and healthy meals to our customers.

Our streamlined business model features smaller space requirements, and means no ventilation, black iron, grills, fryers, ovens, hoods, or huge dining areas. With a “pay-first” consumer model, operations are less complex and our team can provide faster execution.
It’s our mission to pack fresh, fast, and tasty bowls filled with high-quality mostly-raw ingredients. We feature some of the healthiest ingredients on the planet (think lean protein, fresh vegetables, mixed greens) that consumers will enjoy and appreciate, and will keep them coming back for more.
The high-quality proteins we use are sustainably and responsibly sourced from farms and fisheries. We take our environmental stewardship seriously, ensuring our fish are without antibiotics and are hand caught, and that the chicken we use is free range.
