Our restaurants don’t require custom coolers, inserts and holding tables. Coupled with no need for grills, fryers or ventilation, the operational simplicity of the franchise opportunity is what sets Aloha Poke apart.

“There are a ton of fast casual restaurants all chasing the same 2,000 square foot box, creating a lot of competition for real estate and driving up real estate costs. Since our equipment needs aren’t the same, and we don’t use a Chipotle-style 30-foot line with a sneeze guard, we can be much nimbler when great real estate is presented that may be a little too small for the traditional fast casual chains,” said Birkinshaw.

Moreover, we use a single cloud-based system for back office management, which covers scheduling, inventory, invoice capture, AP, financials, and more. The overhead component is a much lighter lift than the typical fast casual franchise. Therefore, our simple menu, operating procedures and store design ensures a less complex operation for franchisees.
